This is a situation where you just sent an ETA to a property and realized you sent a wrong date/time or you changed your plans and decided to go to a different place or just not go at all. In this case a guest is able to update their ETA or Cancel it completely by following these steps:
To update ETA:
Once you send an ETA and you are on the “Your key is pending delivery” screen, simply click the “Change your Arrival Information” option at the bottom of the screen. Now, you will be presented with a new window where you can easily update your ETA.
To remove/cancel ETA:
After you send an ETA and you are on the “Your key is pending delivery” screen, simply click the back arrow on the top left side of the screen. After this you will be asked in a notification window if you want to remove/cancel your ETA, then simply click “Remove” and your ETA will be cancelled/removed.
