If you are having issues logging into your OpenKey application, make sure you are using the correct phone number and password combination.
If you have forgotten your password, press the “Forgot password?” button and you will begin the reset process.
If you are getting a “device is personalized to another credential” message, this means your app does not recognize the phone number/password combination you are using. This is part of OpenKey security to ensure that the mobile key is received to the assigned phone number. Please see our section on Device Personalized to get rid of the message.
