If you are having issues logging into your OpenKey application, make sure you are using the correct phone number and password combination.
If you have forgotten your password, press the “Forgot password?” button and you will begin the reset process.
If you are getting “a device is personalized to another credential” message, this means your app does not recognize the phone number/password combination you are using. This is part of OpenKey security to ensure that the mobile key is received to the assigned phone number.
If you need to use a different phone number, you must clear the cache and data from your OpenKey application and then re-install the application.
To clear the cache and data, you must go into your “Application Manager” and look for “OpenKey” app. Select app and clear “cache” first, then clear “data”. After that is done you can now re-install OpenKey app and Use/Register a different credential.
