This is a situation which occurs rarely if there was any network communication error during the code generating and sending process. However, if this does happen, the best solution is to just go ahead and click the “Resend” button available inside the app. This will re-generate a unique code and send it to the respective phone number associated with the guest.
Note: A user is required to have cellular signal/service on their phone in order to receive the confirmation code while registering with OpenKey. This is one of the step in the two-factor authentication process which OpenKey utilize for security purposes.
