What to do if you are getting “Device does not have a key” message?

If you are getting “You don’t have a key”, message then this might be a synchronization error. A simple fix would be quitting the OpenKey app completely and re-opening it again and trying to get the key. This process will re-synchronize your device and you should be able to receive the key. If you are still not able to receive the key, please contact the Front desk or OpenKey customer support.
