What if my smartphone gets lost or stolen during my stay?

While we certainly hope that this doesn't happen to anyone but unfortunately if you are in this situation, please let the front desk know so they can take protective measures to secure your stay and deactivate the mobile key. We always recommend our customers to utilize the built-in security features inside our OpenKey app and also on top of it a guest can utilize their device's native security features to make their phone password protected or protected by their biometrics.
