What to do if the receptionist forgets the pin or the pin expires?

As a receptionist you can go to the receptionist portal and then click “forgot pin” option, this will direct you to another page where you have to enter the email address which you as a receptionist had used while creating your account. After you enter your email address and click the “Reset” button, you will then receive a new pin code in your email.

At the property, a Front desk manager or the IT manager has the ability to reset the pin as well. They can login to the admin portal, then navigate to the “users” section and then go to the “List view”. Here, the admin can then go to edit section and regenerate the pin code for the receptionist.
