Having issues when logging into the app?

If you are having issues logging into your White Label application make sure you are using the correct phone number and confirmation code combination, you can always refer to the text message or the email containing your confirmation code. Always make sure you have internet access while logging into the application.

If you are getting a "Device is personalized with another phone number" message, this means you are attempting to login using a different phone number than what you have used previously with the application. This is part of OpenKey security to ensure that the mobile key is received strictly by the assigned phone number only.

To resolve this issue, all iOS users will have to simply uninstall the application and re-install to clear any previous credentials. However, if you are a android user, you must clear the cache and data from your application, delete the application and then reinstall it again.

To clear the cache and data, you must go into your “application manager” and look for the specific white label app. Select the app and clear “cache” first, then clear “data”. After this step, you can now uninstall the app then reinstall it and use a different credential.
