If you are getting “You don’t have a key”, message then this might be a synchronization error. A simple fix would be quitting the application completely and re-opening it again and trying to get the key. This process will re-synchronize your device and you should be able to receive the key. While performing this step, the guest should always make sure that their device has internet access. However, if you are still not able to receive the key, please contact the Front desk or OpenKey customer support for further assistance.
